November, 2020 Update
NO PUPPIES AVAILABLE...All Happily Barking in Their New Homes.
August 1, 2020 Update
Golden Retriever puppies are here!
Maggie and Tucker "eloped" (what a surprise) BUT we are happy to announce that Maggie delivered twelve healthy pups, six males and six females on August 1, 2020...expect an approximate middle-of-October pick-up date.
The are priced at $3000
We are a small, family breeder, who welcomed our very first litter of Goodendoodles in December 2019. Our previous puppies were Jack Russell Terriers and they were quite a handful!
Our dogs are considered part of our family and we have a firm (unless surprised) commitment to no more than one litter per year. All pups are raised as part of our 'pack,' spending time with the family. They will be raised around kids, dogs, cats, horses and even chickens!
Mama Maggie is half English Cream and half American but 100% Golden Retriever.
Daddy Tucker is a golden colored American Golden Retriever, and the two make an ideal blend of coloration. Both Sire and Dam are AKC registered and the Dam is OFA certified with "Excellent" hips, the Sire's OFA with a certification of "Fair" hips. Both dogs have Vet Checked/Cleared their OFA eye examinations. The Dam's OFA Cardiac checked/cleared as "Excellent" and the Sire's cardiac is scheduled in August. (COVID has severely limited the specialty vet's testing schedule.)
All of our dogs have been DNA tested checked/cleared for over 170 different diseases. These tests have been done by three different DNA companies and all results are available on the OFA website.
In addition to Dam "Maggie," is "Pearl," Our newest Dam who is awaiting her health-checks for OFA certification which will all be completed before breeding Based upon Pearl's Merle coloration (a pattern mix of grey and black,) and Sire Tucker's golden coat, we are expecting a winning color combination of Golden puppies

Some tips on introducing your new puppy to your family (and your family to your puppy)

Introduction to "solid" food, puppy milk replacer, puppy food, and warm water in a food processor.
From the Right Angles, straight lines, and relative peace and quiet, of the whelping room and box, we now introduce the pups to the curve of the baby pool and a little noise and activity. in the living room. Here they can see, hear, and smell the other doggos in the pack.
Mom is spending a little less time in the nest with them but is only seconds away.

Policies and Information
GENERAL POLICIES
Visitation Policy:
I do not show puppies until they are a minimum of 6 weeks old, generally after they have received their first vaccine.
· When you visit, you may be asked to wear hospital booties on your shoes. Parvo is very contagious and can be carried on your shoes.
· Visits are by appointment only
· Please do not bring other dogs with you when you visit. This introduces germs and additionally, makes the mother dogs feel like they need to protect their puppies.
Purchasing:
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone we feel is not a good fit for our puppy. Owning a dog with a potential life span of fifteen plus years is a serious commitment not to be taken lightly. These dogs need to be integrated into your family, living and playing inside with their "pack." If this is an issue for you the Golden retriever is not the dog for you.
· Deposits to hold a puppy are $500. The puppy will not be held for you until we receive a deposit. The remaining balance is not due until the day you take your puppy home. When you place your deposit, please complete a DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. (Currently you'll need to copy and print and either e- mail or fax it to us. This will also help us know when we should check our PayPal account to see if the funds made it there) When you pick up your puppy and take him/her home, you will complete a Purchase Agreement on paper and pay the balance due for your puppy.
Deposits are taken on specific puppies on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately we cannot hold puppies or your place of "pick of the litter" without a deposit, this is because people can easily change their mind and it isn't fair to those who have deposits. We cannot hold a puppy until we receive online confirmation of a payment made. Deposits can be cash or made by PayPal. We will not accept checks for deposits
· If we agree to hold a puppy, by 10 weeks of age payment IN FULL is due for the puppy. Failure to pay in full for the puppy by age 10 weeks the pup will be sold to someone else.
Since extended travel can be very stressful for animals, we do not ship our puppies
· Once the puppy hits 10.5 weeks we will charge $30 per day for boarding, training, vaccinations, grooming, and food.
· We do not give refunds on puppies purchased after you take the puppy home. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time you take him home. He has been dewormed at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks thereafter. He has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and was to be found in good health.
· Your veterinarian should check your puppy within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If your veterinarian feels that the puppy is not healthy, and has a life threatening illness, have him write a letter describing the problem. I will have the condition confirmed by my veterinarian. If the condition is validated, you may return the puppy for a full refund, or I will provide a replacement puppy, if available.
· If your puppy dies within two years from a congenital defect, he/she will be replaced at no charge. A necropsy must be performed to determine the cause of death, and a letter from your veterinarian must state that the cause of death was congenital. If you breed your puppy during the first year, this guarantee is no longer valid.
· As a responsible breeder, I try my best to prevent your puppy from having problems. Sometimes things go wrong, and there may be unexpected veterinarian bills. As a pet owner, you must understand that you are responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred after your puppy leaves my home.
· All puppies are sold as a family companion. I cannot guarantee the breeding, hunting, or show ability of any puppy.
· Deposits MUST be paid via PayPal or cash. We do not accept checks or money orders for deposits.
· When you pick up your puppy and pay the balance in full, we will NOT accept checks. We will accept cash and credit cards via PayPal.
-Once an agreement has been reached and you have been accepted, complete our deposit form and email it to jltrapp51@hotmail.com . At that time the deposit amount of $500 should be sent via paypal. Deposits are fully refundable for any or no reason by either you, the buyer, or the seller until the time the puppy is taken home between 9 and 10 weeks old. Our goal is to find the perfect match between the puppy and their families thereby fostering a long lasting, rewarding experience!
-Puppy pick order at 6 weeks will be determined by the order in which your deposits are received. We will decide together the perfect match for your family and situation!
*** OUR GOAL IS TO FIND THE PERFECT MATCH BETWEEN THE PUPPIES AND THEIR FAMILIES..

Tucker the Golden Retriever, is seen here with one of the pups from last year's Goldendoodle litter (our Maggie is the Dam and Tank the Poodle is this little guy's dad.) Tucker exhibits the gentleness that the Golden Retriever and Poodles have that make the Goldendoodle a great family dog. Tucker is the father of our 2020 Golden Retriever litter.
